A couple were arrested after stealing a police car so they could have a sex.
Alexander Pratt, 59, and Clara Pearson, 53, jumped into the unmarked police car after they saw the keys in the ignition.

But within minutes of allegedly stealing the car they were stopped by officers and arrested.

Pratt told police he knew the car was stolen but he did not regret it because he wanted to ‘go to have intimate relations with Pearson’.

Both Pratt and Pearson were charged with grand theft auto.

The pair had stumbled across a green Honda Civic after leaving a restaurant in Lake Worth, Florida

The car had been parked by two plain clothes officers from the auto theft unit of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, while they investigated a crime.

The Civic, which is owned by the sheriff’s department and has video, audio and GPS surveillance, was left unlocked with the engine running.

After backing the car out of a Quick Stop store Pratt and Peason headed for Interstate 95, but were soon pulled over by other officers.

Pratt made his comment about having intimate relations with Pearson to booking officers.
