Mishawaka Police are investigating after someone stole a squad car.

Police say it was a spare, Ford Crown Victoria cruiser that was parked in the back lot of the department.

It was found Saturday morning near Autumn Lakes Apartments.

Police are investigating this as a stolen vehicle case. It’s unknown if officers have a suspect.
