Police arrested a man accused of stealing a police car.
37-year-old Kevin Gabbard was taken into custody on Sunday evening on the west side of Hamilton.
Fairfield Township police say he committed another robbery and carjacking on Sunday.
That’s in addition to his alleged crime spree that started Saturday afternoon.
Officers say on Saturday he stole televisions from the Bridgewater Falls Target store.
They showed up and followed him in a van along route 4. The woman driving was arrested.
Gabbard bailed out, eventually jumping into a police car.
Police later found the car on Central Avenue in Hamilton.
That’s when Gabbard is accused of robbing a nearby barbershop.
Gabbard is in police custody on Sunday.
